Regulation Studio Annadi was born from a simple belief: Rest isn't a luxury, it's a skill you can train.With sound, breathwork and yin yoga we help regulate the nervous system so relaxation becomes possible again.
Our path to this work didn't start in a studio, but in our own lives. We've both known periods when our minds were running overtime and relaxing didn't come naturally. Despite therapy, knowledge and good intentions, something was missing: the body wasn't on board yet.
What made the difference for us wasn't more thinking, but:
- Yin and restorative yoga
- Breathwork
- Somatic movement
- Sound
Through these forms of regulation, our nervous system learned to switch from tension to recovery.
From that experience Regulation Studio Annadi was born. A place where people can practice regulation. Not by trying harder to relax, but by training the nervous system in rest, safety and recovery.
Anneloes
Has years of experience as a dance, sports and yoga teacher. In her work the body is central: slowing down, feeling and creating safety in movement.
Nadia
Combines her knowledge from healthcare and sports with a strong interest in nervous system regulation and body-oriented work. What's central in her work is relearning to feel what the body needs.
During our sessions we work in small groups with personal attention. For those who notice that relaxing doesn't come naturally, but know it should be possible.
